Should you not be satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return this for an exchange, full refund or gift voucher credit.
All exchanges are free using our returns portal but please note returns for refund have $10.00 deducted from the final refund amount to cover the cost of return postage.
Standard shipping to the US & Canada is free for orders over $200.
The estimated processing and shipping time is approximately 3-10 working days; however, this timeline may vary depending on shipping destination.
We also offer express shipping with DHL. The estimated processing and shipping time is approximately 2-6 working days for orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri (UK time).
Please note: A working day is considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays that may fall on these days. If you order after 3pm on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week.
We provide tracking numbers on all orders once fulfilled and dispatched by our warehouse team. These can be used to follow the progress of your delivery and in some cases to change address or delivery details if required.

Please note: If you need to change the delivery address on your shipment please use the DHL app or manage the shipment online with FedEx. Unfortunately, our Support team is unable to amend shipping addresses or make any other changes to your order once placed.
We do not ship to APO, or DPO addresses.
If you require shipping to a APO, or DPO address we suggest getting this shipped to a local collection address that you can retrieve it from.
