US standard shipping is FREE for orders over $200 or a fixed rate of $5.00 for orders below $200. The estimated processing and shipping time is approximately 3-7 working days; however, this timeline may vary depending on shipping destination.
We also offer express shipping ($20.00). The estimated processing and shipping time is approximately 1-2 working days for orders placed before 12:00 UK time (GMT).
Please note: A working day is considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays that fall on these days. If you order on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week.
Please note: We do not ship to APO, or DPO addresses, if you require shipping to a APO, or DPO address we suggest getting this shipped to a collection address that you can retrieve it from.
Please note that as of 1 January we will no longer be paying all duties and taxes on deliveries to the US & Canada.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly but is necessitated by a host of commercial challenges in the current climate. It is our intention that this move will enable us to continue shipping our products to the US & Canada at a rate that is sustainable to us as a business. In turn, this will allow us to provide you, our loyal customers overseas, with Tier One products at an affordable price.
In light of this change, retail prices have been adjusted accordingly on our US & Canada website to reflect greater parity with the UK website – reducing the amount you pay at checkout.
Where import fees are applicable, they will be billed to you directly by the carrier at the time of import.
Customers are liable for any local import taxes and duties.
All product prices are listed exclusive of VAT and no tax is being charged at point of purchase.
All applicable taxes will be applied based on the country or region that your order is being shipped to.

Orders, where DHL express shipping is chosen, are sent using DHL Express. Almost all global destinations are reached within a 2-3 day transit time (Australia 3 days).

We select carefully our courier services in order to deliver your items in the most efficient and effective manner from our HQ to you.
We now support shipping to BFPO addresses ONLY.
We will not be held liable any parcels lost, damaged, delayed or stolen once signed for by the military postal system.
Please note, we do not ship to International APO FPO or DPO addresses.
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy for you.
Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.
Here’s a few options you can select to customize your delivery:
Schedule Your Delivery
If your estimated delivery date doesn’t suit, you have the option to select another date within 5 working days.
Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your order.
If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, ThruDark and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
Leave With Neighbour
Request for your order to be left with your neighbour by providing DHL with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, ThruDark and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
Collection from a DHL Service Point or Parcel Locker
If you won’t be in for your delivery, you can choose to pick this up from DHL Service Point.
DHL ODD will show you the nearest DHL Service Points, so you can select which one works best for you. They’ll then contact you to let you know when it’s ready to collect and how long you have to pick up your delivery. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it’ll be sent back to the DHL depot.
To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:
- A photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)
- Your email/SMS notification from DHL
In the UK, you can also select an InPost Locker to pick up your order from. When your order is ready to collect, DHL will provide you with a key code by email and/or SMS which you’ll need to collect your parcel. They’ll also let you know how long you have to pick up your purchase.
Still on vacation? You can request DHL to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days for you.
Where available, you’ll also be able to select a timed window to receive your delivery.
A DHL or DPD tracking code will be sent to you by a confirmation email, which you can enter at http://www.dhl.co.uk or http://www.dpd.co.uk/ in order to monitor its progress. You will also receive a notification of delivery date and time slot. The status of your order can also be checked on your “Order Status” page in the “Your Account” section of this website.
