ThruDark HQ is operational from 9am – 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Unit Four is the first and only ThruDark-exclusive retail experience, located in our former headquarters in Poole, Dorset.

GoDark is our exclusive loyalty programme which you can access here.
You earn points for every order you place. The more points you earn, the higher you progress through the Tiers of the loyalty programme. Each time you reach a new Tier you unlock new exclusive perks, rewards and access to products.
Yes. We offer e-gift cards that can be purchased here.
Simply enter your email address and the e-gift card will be sent directly to your inbox (don’t forget to check junk and spam folders just in case). You can then forward this to the recipient, print off the email with the voucher code or even just write the voucher code down for the recipient.
Please note that the voucher amounts selected are in GBP, the amount of your voucher in USD will be displayed in your basket and at checkout.

Like all good things, using the latest in fabric technologies and cutting edge design takes time. If we’re out of stock on something, trust that we’ve already set wheels in motion on getting it back in.

We have also introduced a 'fit guide' which can also be found on the product page. This will tell you how the garment is designed to fit, whether that be slimmer and form-fitting or a looser fit.
It is worth noting that size exchanges are free (fees apply to returns for refund).

In the event of an imminent restock on key styles we may offer a pre-order/product reservation facility for a limited period only. Appropriate messaging indicating the same will be displayed on the product page, along with an anticipated restock date, during such times.

Clearpay
Clearpay is a buy now, pay later service that lets you shop now and spread the cost over 4 interest-free payments, made every 2 weeks.
Just choose Clearpay at checkout. You'll pay the first instalment upfront, and the remaining three payments will be automatically taken every two weeks from your chosen payment method.
To use Clearpay, you need to be at least 18 years old, have a valid debit or credit card, and be living in the UK full-time. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to Clearpay’s checks.
Make sure your details are accurate and match your bank info, keep up with your existing Clearpay payments, and try smaller orders if you're just getting started with them.
You'll need to provide your name, email, mobile number, billing address, date of birth, and a debit or credit card for payment.
Nope—Clearpay doesn’t perform credit checks, and using it won’t affect your credit score.
This might be due to things like your payment history with Clearpay, the value of your order, or internal checks to make sure repayments are manageable.
Clearpay can be used on any products/orders over £300 apart from when it is a pre order.
You’ll pay in 4 automatic instalments—one at the time of purchase, and then three more every two weeks.
If a payment is missed, Clearpay may pause your account, and a late fee could apply. It’s best to make sure there’s enough in your account on payment days to avoid any issues.
Yes, sometimes you’ll be directed to Clearpay’s site to log in, check your payments, or manage your account—it’s completely normal and secure.
Same as above—you’ll just need your personal info and a payment card. Quick and easy.
Clearpay will send you an email confirmation, and you can also check the payment status in your Clearpay account or app.
Once the return is processed by the retailer, Clearpay will update your account and adjust your payments accordingly. If you’ve already paid, you’ll be refunded.
Your payments will still be scheduled, even if your order hasn’t arrived yet. If there’s a delay or issue, please contact the retailer directly.
Refunds are processed by the retailer and then handled by Clearpay. Any instalments you’ve paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
You can always check your payment schedule and statements in the Clearpay app or by logging into your account online. If you're not seeing anything, check your spam or junk folder too.
