How to Make a Warranty or Product Lifetime Repair Claim

Send an email to support@ThruDark.com with the following: Your original order number Photos of the garment and damage A description of the issue (When? Where? How?) Confirmation of how the garment has been washed and dried If your product was purchased from an authorized third-party retailer, we can still offer repairs, but full warranty coverage requires proof of purchase from ThruDark.com.

After approval from our support team, return your garment using our returns process. If the repair does not qualify under warranty, we will provide you with a quotation based on the current rate of service through our approved third-party repairer. Garments must be washed before returning. If not, our repairs team will clean them for a nominal fee, causing delays. Repairs can take up to 6-8 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair and seasonal demand
Receive Your Item Back
If your claim is approved, we will repair and return your garment free of charge. If a repair is chargeable, you will receive a quote before proceeding. For all warranty and repair inquiries, contact us at support@ThruDark.com.
